A fully individualised sleep plan
A 30 minute phone call prior to the home consultation to discuss expectations 
A 2 hour in-home consultation at nap time where we will discuss the sleep plan and settling techniques will be demonstrated 
2 weeks of follow up support via email/text
A final evaluation email including a routine for the next age bracket will be provided upon completion of the 2 weeks
